What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

What Incoterms do you offer?
We quote FOB (Ho Chi Minh City or Haiphong), CIF (US port of your choice), and DDP for qualifying orders. We'll recommend the best option for your situation.
Do you provide samples before I place an order?
Yes. Once we've had a chance to connect and understand your business and grade of interest — W180, W240, or W320 — we're happy to send a sample for evaluation. Samples are available to business buyers, including distributors, retailers, and resellers.
What are your payment terms?
We accept wire transfer and ACH. Standard terms are 30–50% deposit with the balance due before shipment. Established accounts may qualify for extended terms.
Can you do private label / custom packaging?

What documentation comes with each shipment?
Every shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, and copies of applicable certifications (USDA Organic, BRCGS, Halal, etc.) depending on the product ordered.
How long does shipping take?
Lead time depends on the grade, quantity, and our current inventory. Many orders ship from our US warehouse via ground transport and can reach your dock in 7–10 business days. Larger volume orders — particularly W180 or W240 grades in bulk — may require ocean freight directly from Vietnam, which typically takes 4–8 weeks. We'll confirm a specific timeline for your order as part of your quote or conversation with our team.
