We source exclusively through certified Vietnamese agricultural exporters with documented quality management systems. Our supply chain is built on long-term farm and facility relationships — not spot-market purchasing — which is how we guarantee consistency from order to order.

We work with carefully selected farms and cooperatives in Vietnam’s established agricultural regions — known growing zones for each product category. Farm selection prioritizes consistent practices, food safety culture, and traceability capability. 

All processing is conducted in facilities that maintain internationally recognized food safety certifications including HACCP, BRCGS, and ISO 22000. Processing standards are documented and available upon request. 

Products undergo pre-shipment inspection and laboratory analysis for moisture content, foreign matter, pesticide residues, and grade conformity before export. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) provided with every shipment. 

Every shipment is accompanied by a full compliance document package: Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, packing list, commercial invoice, and applicable certification copies.
